Pathways

Both new and more seasoned Stoic learners can be overwhelmed by the volume and diversity of Stoic voices in print, social media, research, groups, blogs and videos. Your current pathway may be unclear. What has interested you about Stoicism? How do you begin to explore Stoicism…as an example, do you use it as a way to build more resilience in stressful times, or do you thirst for a broader training in classical Stoic philosophical principles? Why are there modern Stoics and traditional Stoics? What do they mean by “following Nature”? Is a Stoic a rugged individualist or an active community member? How do I find my own strategy for Stoic development? We have been there….and here is a simple roadmap we find helpful, with specific resources you can pursue, links to follow, and groups to check out.
